By placing an order on shahkhas.com or via WhatsApp, you agree to the following terms:

Orders All orders — whether placed on shahkhas.com or via WhatsApp — are confirmed only after advance payment (where applicable). Shah Khas reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or payment issues.

Custom Products Appliqué suits are handcrafted to order. Slight variations in color or design may occur due to the handmade nature of the product. These are not considered defects.

Color Disclaimer Product colors displayed on screen may vary from the actual product due to differences in monitor settings and lighting. Shah Khas is not responsible for color variations between screen display and physical product.

Customization For custom or personalized orders, the customer is solely responsible for providing correct measurements, color preferences, and design specifications. Shah Khas will craft the product based on the information provided and cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect customer input.

Pricing All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Shah Khas reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Dispute Resolution In the event of any dispute, the final decision rests with Shah Khas management. We are committed to resolving all concerns fairly and promptly.

Intellectual Property All designs, images, and content on shahkhas.com are the property of Shah Khas and may not be reproduced without permission.
