Shah Khas Return & Refund Policy

All appliqué suits at Shah Khas are custom hand-crafted specifically for you, regardless of fabric (lawn, cotton, or otherwise). All appliqué suit sales are strictly final — no returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

For all other products, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a repair, remake, or refund based on the issue.

For unstitched fabric products: Shah Khas provides unstitched fabric only. We are not responsible for fit or finish once the fabric has been stitched by your tailor.
