Payment
A 50% advance payment is required to begin work on your order. The remaining 50% balance is collected as cash on delivery (COD) when your suit is delivered.
Shipping
Orders are shipped once your suit is hand-appliquéd—typically 2–3 weeks after you order, depending on the design and any customization. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's on its way.
Returns & exchanges
Because every appliqué suit is hand-appliquéd specifically for you after you order, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of preference or fit.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll sort it out. A repair, remake, or refund depending on the issue.
Please note
Applique provides unstitched fabric only. We are not responsible for the final fit or finish once the suit has been stitched by your own tailor.
